On Saturday, October 17th, from 10am-5pm all 5 home studio locations are open to all. We encourage you to find a friend or two and make a day of exploring each studio. All participating artists are part of the Wellesley Women Artisans, and are dedicated to bringing more art to our beautiful town.
Gardens at Elm Bank Massachusetts Horticultural Society 900 Washington Street (Rt.16) Wellesley, MA 02482 This evening will feature an Art Walk of artists showcasing their work throughout the gardens. It is a chance for the community to buy original art from the artists who make it. Enjoy live music, bring a picnic, sip a glass of wine and wander the gardens. We will also have family art projects and tours available. Free to all!
Throughout its history, PAAM has strived to develop and nurture relationships with its members. From the very beginning of the Art Association, when a group of creative entrepreneurs opened the doors, PAAM has always been a place for artists to exhibit their work and appreciators to view and discuss it.
The Hills Garden Club is delighted to be hosting local Wellesley artists at this year's "Beyond the Garden Gate' tour. The tour Beyond the Garden Gate takes place on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 10 am to 3 pm. After the record-setting winter of 2015, our club is excited to see the gardens snow-free and in full-bloom!
The ART WALK is a feature of the Holiday Stroll and a project of the Wellesley Women Artisans and the Merchants’ Association. Proceeds will go towards Wellesley Educational Foundation grants that support the Visual Arts Curriculum at Wellesley Public Schools.
Wellesley Society of Artists is a community of artists founded in 1933 for the purpose of encouraging and supporting local artists and for promoting fine arts in Wellesley. Members come from all over the Boston Metro area and beyond.
